  • Missed Pick-up?

    Life happens... If you are unable to pick up at your selected location & time, AND you communicate to us at least 1 hour prior to the delivery time, we will hold your order for 24hrs.   
    You can make arrangements to pick your order up during another pick up time, or at our Shoppe in Piney Flats. 
    **IMPORTANT** - If you select any location that states "Drop off", you are required to pick up your meals any time after the delivery time and before the closing hours of that establishment.  Meals not picked up before the location's posted closing hours will be discarded and no refund will be provided.  This is policy is to ensure your safety and mitigate Fit+Meals TriCities and our established partners' liability**
    ***We are not responsible for forgetting to pick up your meals.***
